The way we work

Our Company is structured into one Operations Department and four Business Lines: Marine, Oil&Gas, Defence and Yachts.

Each Business Line is supported by the Operations Department which provides resources highly specialized in different disciplines such as Naval Architecture, Structural Design, Machinery, Electrical, HVAC, Safety, Vibration & Noise analysis, On board Measurements and Surveying/Project Management during design and construction.

Meccano Engineering’s philosophy is to invest in young and talented engineers, coming from the most famous International and Italian Schools and Universities, to be inserted in a dynamic working environment under the leadership and mentoring of our senior managers.
